Cardiology Physician – Centralia, IL (Inpatient, Outpatient, Telephonic Call)

- Experience: Prior inpatient and outpatient cardiology experience preferred

- Hourly Pay Rate: $278.46

What You’ll Do
- Manage inpatient consults and outpatient clinics with adult patients
- Read EKGs and echocardiograms
- Supervise stress testing procedures
- Provide care for patients with CAD, hypertension, and heart failure
- Support hospital rounding and telephonic call coverage as needed
- Collaborate with support staff including APPs, RNs, and medical assistants
- Document patient interactions and test results accurately in EPIC EMR
What You Need
- Valid Illinois medical license with cardiology certification
- At least 2 years of cardiology experience, including inpatient and outpatient care
- Ability to read EKGs and echocardiograms proficiently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to cover call and support a busy cardiology department
