This non-procedural position is built around prevention, continuity, and collaboration with an established care team, with predictable weekdays and a quality-over-volume model.

Practice Overview

• 100% outpatient General Cardiology with consults and follow-ups
• Average volume of 15-20 patients per day with longer visit times than traditional models
• Work collaboratively with PCPs, care managers, health coaches, and other members of the cardiovascular care team
• Proprietary point-and-click EMR system
• No call, No weekends

Compensation & Benefits

• $450,000 base salary + annual quality bonus
• Malpractice coverage
• 401(k) with up to 6% total match, subject to vesting
