We are seeking a General Cardiologist for a locum tenens position in Cottonwood, Arizona. This is an ongoing locum tenens opportunity within a hospital and clinic-based cardiovascular practice. Please see below for more information.
- Acute care hospital, 87 beds
- Adult Level IV Trauma Center
- Cerner EMR
Job Responsibilities
Manage an outpatient clinic volume of approximately 18-24 patients per day
Maintain an average daily inpatient census of approximately 16-20 patients
Perform cardiac catheterization procedures for patients within your own panel
Care for an adult patient population, primarily ages 60 and older
Practice with a minimum of two years of post-training general cardiology experience
Qualifications
Arizona State License or IMLC LOQ
ACLS
BLS
Working Hours
One hour unpaid lunch
Overtime available after the scheduled shift
No call required
