Opportunity Highlights

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Weekend Coverage: Possible
- Assignment: Ongoing
- EMR: Cerner
- Patient Population: Adult
- Support: Physicians, nurses, PAs, medical assistants, and hospital support staff
- Credentialing: Approximately 30 days
Clinical Responsibilities
The physician will support a busy Interventional Cardiology department, including:
- STEMI interventions
- Cardiology consultations
- Interventional cardiology procedures
- Inpatient care
- Outpatient clinic coverage
- Approximately 4–5 procedures per day
- Approximately 8–14 hospital consultations per day
- Approximately 18–24 outpatient visits per day
- Collaboration with physicians and clinical support staff
Requirements
- Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
- Minimum 2 years of Interventional Cardiology experience
- Active Arizona medical license or IMLC acceptance
- ACLS and BLS required
- COVID and Flu vaccination required; exemptions considered
- Case logs and required credentialing documents must be submitted promptly
