Job Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage cardiac conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans
Perform clinical assessments and provide evidence-based recommendations
Collaborate with primary care and specialty physicians
Educate patients regarding cardiovascular health and prevention
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
Eligible for or currently holding a New York medical license
Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to patient-centered care
Preferred Qualifications
Outpatient cardiology experience
Experience in a multi-specialty practice setting
