Job description
We are seeking a Cardiology physician for a locum tenens position in Potsdam, NY. This opportunity provides general cardiology outpatient clinic and inpatient consult coverage. Please see below for more information.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise cardiac stress tests (~1 day/week)
Perform inpatient cardiology consults
Read cardiac imaging studies including nuclear stress tests (preferred)
On-call coverage as needed (4p-8a)
Qualifications
Board certified to read cardiac imaging studies (nuclear stress tests preferred)
Active New York medical license (must be in hand)
DEA registration
Epic proficiency (required)
5+ years experience preferred
Working Hours
Full-time (4 weeks/month) highly preferred; 2 weeks on/2 weeks off also considered
On-call as needed (4p-8a)
