We are seeking Board-Certified Cardiologists for an exciting locum tenens opportunity in Washington State. This assignment offers a dynamic inpatient practice environment with a combination of daytime clinical coverage and night call responsibilities. Providers who can commit to multiple coverage weeks are highly preferred to ensure continuity of care.

Job Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage cardiovascular conditions
Conduct daily patient rounds
Admit and manage hospitalized cardiology patients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop treatment plans
Participate in night pager call coverage as assigned
Document all patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record system
Ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care
Qualifications
Board Certified in Cardiology (BC required)
Active and unrestricted medical license
Ability to provide both inpatient coverage and night call coverage (mandatory)
Clean credentialing file required for temporary privileges
Clean NPDB
Clean malpractice history
No significant credentialing concerns
Current and unrestricted DEA registration
Ability to obtain facility privileges and complete credentialing requirements
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Working Hours
Night pager call: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM on assigned nights
Overtime applies after 10 hours worked per day
Coverage dates include:
September 7–13, 2026
September 28 – October 4, 2026
October 26 – November 1, 2026
December 21–27, 2026
December 28, 2026 – January 3, 2027
Providers able to cover multiple weeks are strongly preferred
