Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in cardiology.
• Current Vermont medical license or willingness to obtain one prior to start.
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• DEA registration and CPR certification for healthcare providers must be obtained before starting.
• Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within the last 30 days) is required.
