Contract Details
- Location: Potsdam, NY
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 4, Day (10 Hours) 8:00 - 16:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC
- License Required: NY
- AHA or RQI certs
- Epic Experience Required
- Minimum Experience Required: 5 years preferred
- Support Staff: APP
