An established multi-specialty physician group is seeking a Cardiologist to join a growing cardiovascular program serving a large and expanding patient population.

This opportunity offers a balanced blend of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities, strong organizational support, and the ability to help shape the future growth of cardiac services within the community.

Practice Details

  • Full-time employed position
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Average patient volume of 15–20 patients per day
  • Shared call schedule with community cardiologists
  • Dedicated Medical Assistant support
  • Administrative and clinic leadership support provided
  • Mix of outpatient clinic and hospital-based cardiology care
  • Established referral network within a large multi-specialty physician group

Clinical Opportunity

  • General Cardiology practice with procedural opportunities
  • Access to advanced cardiovascular technologies and interventions
  • Opportunity to perform and interpret cardiac imaging studies
  • Strong preference for candidates with an interest in echocardiography and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE)
  • Opportunity to help develop and expand a comprehensive cardiac imaging program

Job Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $500,000 – $550,000
Two-year guaranteed income
Transition to productivity-based compensation model thereafter
Sign-on bonus available

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
California medical license or ability to obtain
