• Seeking a Board-Certified Cardiologist for a long-term locum opportunity in Northern New York.
• Join a growing cardiology program providing comprehensive cardiovascular care in both outpatient and hospital settings.
• Opportunity to work independently with strong clinical support while serving a diverse adult patient population.
• Preferred candidate will have 5+ years of cardiology experience and be comfortable supervising cardiac stress testing and interpreting cardiac imaging studies.
• Assignment length of 6–9 months with a consistent schedule of three weeks per month.

Job Responsibilities
• Supervise and interpret cardiac stress testing procedures.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.
• Participate in hospital consult services as needed.
• Provide night call coverage to assist with schedule gaps when required.
• Interpret cardiac imaging studies, including nuclear stress testing (preferred but not required).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
• Board Certified in Cardiology.
• Active New York medical license required.
• AHA or RQI certifications required.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Preferred 5+ years of Cardiology experience.
• Ability to read cardiac imaging studies preferred.
Working Hours
• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Three weeks per month coverage preferred
• Assignment length: 6–9 months
• Night Call: 4:00 PM – 8:00 AM as needed
