Contract Details
- Location: Pennsylvania
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Anticipated Start Date: 9/1/2026
- Shift/Schedule Details: 1 week of call; 1 week in clinic (8am - 5pm Mon-Fri)
- Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
- Case Mix/Procedural Requirements: Hospital consults, Hospital call, Tees, Eho’s, and Nuclear Testing
- Department Model/Support Staff: In office – medical assistants
- EMR: EPIC
General Requirements:
- State License: PA
- Board-Certification: BC/BE Required
- DEA: Required
