This locum tenens assignment ensures a challenging and fulfilling role with a variety of responsibilities and flexible shift schedules.

Job Responsibilities
- Hospital coverage includes consults, outpatient and inpatient catheterizations, and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs).
- Participate in an average of 15 consults and 3 procedures per day.
- Provide ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) call during specified hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least board eligible in cardiology.
- Required to have a valid PA medical license and a DEA license.
Working Hours
- Schedule includes a mix of day shifts from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with night beeper call from 4:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Weekend STEMI call is from 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM.
Skills
- Proficient in TEEs, echo readings, cardiac catheterizations, and cardiac windows.
- Experience with Epic EMR is advantageous.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced hospital environment with flexible hours.
