$600,000 – $670,000+ | No Call | 4-Day Work Week | Relocation Provided
She Recruits is representing an established cardiology service line within a growing Critical Access Hospital serving a large rural referral base. Demand for cardiology services in this region remains high, and this position offers the opportunity to build and shape cardiac services without internal competition pressures.
Practice Structure:
• Four 10-hour days per week
• No call requirements
• 12–16 patients per day
• Scribe services available for higher volumes
• Established practice with 1 Cardiologist and 1 NP
• Strong referral pipeline
Clinical Scope:
• Outpatient and consultative inpatient cardiovascular care
• Echocardiograms, stress tests, EKG/Holter monitoring
• Implantable cardiac device management
• Interpretation of cardiac imaging and device interrogation reports
• Supervision of stress testing in respiratory therapy department
• Minor procedures including loop recorder implantation/removal, cardioversion, and TEE
• Partnership with hospitalists and primary care providers
Technology & Infrastructure:
• Epic EMR with Cupid module
• Muse system integration
• Onsite echo, EKG, and stress testing capabilities
Compensation & Benefits:
• $600K – $670K+ total compensation opportunity
