• EMR: Athena/ Medhost
• NM license required
Qualifications
Board Certification: Required in specialty
Fellowship: Required
License: Must be licensed in NM
Certifications: ACLS, BLS
Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges: Required
Temporary Privileges: Available
Stroke Certification: Yes
Age of Patients: 18+
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days with a clean file
