Position Highlights

• Lead cardiovascular care for an emphasis on various levels of sports and endurance athletes

• Conduct advanced ECG interpretation, exercise stress testing, and cardiac imaging

• Manage arrhythmias and optimize heart health in high-performance populations

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary cardiology subspecialists and clinical teams

• Protected academic time for teaching fellows, residents, and scholarly activities

• Light call shared among 18 general cardiologists; mostly outpatient-focused

Practice Environment

• Work with a 40+ member cardiology team, including 34 faculty physicians and 10 APPs

• Outpatient-first model with structured referral pathways and coordinated care

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease

• Interest in sports cardiology, preventive medicine, and academic engagement

• Strong productivity mindset, team-oriented, and committed to patient-centered care

• Eligible to obtain or currently hold an active, unrestricted Florida medical license

• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorships available
