Position Highlights
Manage complex and resistant hypertension in patients with metabolic syndrome, early-stage cardiovascular disease, and those on multiple BP medications
Lead preventive strategies to reduce long-term cardiovascular risk and hospital admissions
Collaborate closely with subspecialists including imaging, interventional, EP, and advanced HF teams
Balance a high-volume outpatient schedule with light inpatient rotations and minimal call
Opportunity to develop clinical niche, participate in teaching, and influence academic initiatives
Practice Environment
Join 34 cardiology faculty and 40+ total cardiovascular providers in an academically affiliated, collaborative setting
Modern, multidisciplinary facilities with full subspecialty backup and advanced diagnostics
Structured referral pathways, coordinated care, and a supportive culture emphasizing mentorship, innovation, and sustainable workloads
Outpatient-focused schedule: 4.5 clinic days/week with 0.5 administrative day; 60 - 70 patients/week

Candidate Requirements
MD or DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
Interest in hypertension, preventive cardiology, and academic medicine
Proven ability to manage complex adult cardiology conditions with a patient-centered approach
Collaborative team-player with a strong work ethic and productivity mindset
Eligible to obtain or currently hold an active, unrestricted Florida medical license
U.S. work authorization required, no visa sponsorships available
