General Cardiologist Opportunity – Coastal South Carolina
Location: Conway, SC - Myrtle Beach 15 miles
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position
Position Overview
* Primarily outpatient role with some inpatient responsibilities
* Monday–Thursday 8–5, Friday 8–12
* 36 clinical hours + 4 administrative hours weekly
* Protected administrative time (.5 day per week)
* Call: 1:6 general cardiology call
* EMR: Cerner
Patient Volume & Census
* 22–28 patients per day
* Adult population with a wide range of cardiac conditions
Scope of Work
* General cardiology consultations, follow-ups, and diagnostic testing
* Consultative service only; hospitalists manage admissions
* Advanced diagnostics:
* Echocardiography (TTE/TEE)
* Stress testing (treadmill, nuclear)
* Cardiac CT & MRI
* 256-slice CT scanner
* Supported by cardiac device clinic and dedicated technicians
Compensation & Benefits
* $30k+ sign-on bonus
