Position Details
Full-time, permanent
Rotational Outreach Schedule:
- Balanced schedule based in Lafayette with outreach in Crawfordsville & Logansport, IN
Outreach locations are within an hour’s drive from Lafayette, IN
Call rotation: 1:4
Average outpatient volume: 11 – 13 patients per day
Average inpatient volume: 8 – 15 patients per day
