Practice Details

• Mix of outpatient and procedural cardiology
• Approximately 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient responsibilities
• Flexible daily structure
  • Cath lab procedures in the morning
  • Clinic in the afternoon
• Follow-up appointments typically 15-20 minutes
• New patient visits typically 30-45 minutes
• Strong hospitalist support minimizes inpatient burden
• Critical and complex cases are appropriately transferred when necessary
• Established cardiovascular service line with opportunity for expansion

Compensation

• Total Compensation Package: $925,000
• Base Salary plus Production Incentive Model
• RVU-based compensation with quarterly payouts
• Annual reconciliation structure
• Quality Bonus: $10,000 annually
• Medical Director stipend available
