• Full-time, employed Cardiovascular Disease opportunity
• Established group practice located 30 minutes from downtown Chicago
• Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Approximately 1:5 call rotation
• Opportunity to incorporate subspecialty interests and shape practice around personal goals

• Office location: Munster, Indiana
• Nurse Practitioner support in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Fully integrated EPIC EMR (HIMSS Stage VII designation ‚Äì top 5% nationally)
• Dedicated EMR support team available

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
• Unrestricted Indiana license or eligible for unrestricted Indiana medical licensure
