This regional medical center is a well-established healthcare facility serving the Las Cruces community and surrounding areas. The facility features a 22-bed department with comprehensive cardiac care services and modern technology to support interventional cardiology procedures.
Opportunity:
Board Certification Eligible - Interventional Cardiologist
Job Details:
• Provide interventional cardiology services with approximately 7-10 patient encounters per shift
• On-call coverage for STEMI/General/Group call responsibilities
• On-call schedule runs Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend call coverage required at least one weekend per month
• Rounding responsibilities included
• Treat adult patients ages 18+
• Work with supportive clinic staff including DNPs and CMAs
• Utilize Clinview/HMS electronic medical record system
• Must have or be eligible for New Mexico medical license
• Board certification eligible with minimum of 3 years fellowship experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 30 days
• Nearest airport is El Paso, TX

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
