Role: Full-Time, Hospital-Employed; Academic Rank: Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor
Overview:
Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Electrophysiologist to joincardiac team in Parkersburg, WV. This role combines clinical excellence with academic and teaching responsibilities and may involve service across additional worksites in WV, MD, and PA.
Position Highlights:
Clinical EP practice including advanced mapping, ablation, device implantation, and management of complex arrhythmias
Active involvement in teaching and mentoring of medical students, residents, and electrophysiology fellows
Academic appointment as Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor aligned with credentials and experience
Collaborative care within a comprehensive Heart & Vascular Institute across multiple regional sites
Qualifications:
MD or DO (or foreign equivalent)
Completion of Internal Medicine Residency, Cardiology Fellowship, and Electrophysiology Fellowship
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Electrophysiology (EP)
Eligible for medical licensure in West Virginia
