The University of South Florida (USF) Morsani College of Medicine, in collaboration with the renowned Moffitt Cancer Center, is actively recruiting a full-time Cardio-Oncologist to join our academic faculty at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor rank. This is a salaried faculty appointment and carries with it attending staff privileges at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa General Hospital and affiliated hospitals. Appointment at the rank of Associate Professor requires a minimum of five years of continuing and productive service as an Assistant Professor, or the equivalent. Appointment at the rank of Full Professor requires a minimum of five years of continuing and productive service as an Associate Professor, or the equivalent. Recent fellowship graduates are welcome to apply.
This position represents a critical clinical and programmatic need as we build a dedicated cardio-oncology service at one of the nation's leading cancer centers.

Location & Facilities

Based entirely at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL

Access to state-of-the-art outpatient and imaging facilities within one of the nation's leading NCI-designated comprehensive cancer centers.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct six outpatient clinics per week and interpret diagnostic studies (including echocardiograms).
Manage cardiovascular care for patients undergoing complex cancer therapies, with a focus on prevention, monitoring, and treatment of therapy-related cardiac complications.
Collaborate closely with Moffitt’s multidisciplinary oncology teams and advanced practice providers (APPs).
Participate in rounds and support the continued development of a dedicated cardio-oncology referral network.
Academic & Teaching Environment
Teaching responsibilities include fellow, resident, and medical student education.
USF and Moffitt support scholarly activity; research interest is welcomed but not required.
Qualifications
Fellowship in Cardio-Oncology preferred but not required; candidates with strong cardio-oncology experience will be considered.
Comfortable in an academic, collaborative clinical setting.
Eligible for Florida medical licensure.
