Cardiology opening in Kansas
Located in Topeka, KS
Full time, permanent position
About this Cardiologist Position:
Full-Time Employment (1.0 FTE)
Inpatient/Outpatient Mix
Single-Specialty Group of 9 Cardiologists, 8 APC, and support staff (RN, LPN, CAN, MA, secretarial and front office)
Practice Growth: adding 2 new cardiologist positions to the team
Clinical practice plus dedicated admin time, no research nor teaching required;
Procedure Rooms and Testing Available On-Site: Nuclear Stress, Echo, Vascular Sonography, Coumadin Clinic, Cardiac Rehab, Vein Clinic
Referrals from Primary Care and Multiple Specialists
Schedule: varies, some weekend requirement.
Daily Patient Load: Clinical 2-3 patients per hour; Inpatient varies
Call: 1:6 day rotation (5 per month), telephone only and with excess call pay
EMR: Epic
Minimum Qualifications:
ABIM Board Certified/Eligible Cardiologist
Fellowship Training in Cardiology/Cardiovascular Diseases
Cardiology Fellows interested in a clinical setting are welcome to apply
