Healthcare Organization: Acute care hospital offering a range of services, including cardiology, emergency medicine, general surgery, orthopedics, and women's services
Opportunity: Cardiologist needed for ongoing locums coverage
* ASAP - Ongoing
* Inpatient/outpatient mix
* Hospital rounding and consults (onsite hospitalists will admit and bed patients and consult on as necessary)
* Report reads (EKGs, ECHOs, etc.)
* Clinic hours generally 1p-3p
* Echocardiography, TEE, nuclear cardiology, STEMI required
* EMR: McKesson Paragon in hospital, Cerner in clinic
* Active NC license required
Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Paid travel and lodging available.
