Life in the Ohio River Valley

The Ohio River Valley region of West Virginia offers a pace of life and a cost of living that are genuinely difficult to find in academic medicine. Affordable housing, scenic landscapes, and easy access to outdoor recreation along the river and surrounding hills make it a comfortable place to put down roots. Morgantown and Pittsburgh are both within reasonable driving distance for broader city access, and the academic community at WVU adds a layer of energy and connection that smaller markets rarely offer.

A respected academic platform, a collaborative cardiovascular program, and a region that makes the salary go further. Apply today.
