Opportunity Details

• In-house referrals from 8 primary care providers
• Outpatient Clinic
• Excellent work-life balance
• No call/No weekends
• Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00

Compensation Package

• $350,000-$460,000-based on experience
• Health insurance fully paid $250 individual deductible, $500 family
• 401K with an 8% match
• 6 weeks PTO, 7 Days sick (accrued)
• 6 Paid Holidays
• 5 days paid CME, $5,000 for CME
• $30,000 sign-on
• $20,000 relocation
