CARDIOLOGY - DIAGNOSTIC
PRACTICE OVERVIEW
*Join a 40+ member cardiology group
*Employed structure / part of a larger organization but have 100% autonomy
*Diagnostic case mix (Can be non-invasive or invasive)
*Nuclear / ECHO a plus
*Defined need for your services / Be busy day one
*Join another cardiologist at a satellite clinic
*Current cardiologist is performing 2,000 wRVU's per month (185% MGMA)
*Wants to scale back a little - instant patients
*Performing 500 Diagnostic CATH's, 700 Nuc's, 1500 ECHO's, etc.
*800 patients per month and 5-9 new patients per day
*Enough volume to replicate that if desired
*Easy referrals for INT cases
*Work in same clinic / New space under construction for growth
*180 Bed hospital
*Have PA and NP assisting
*Starting compensation in $550K+ range with wRVU bonus
*Expect to earn $700K-$900K within the first 1-2 yrs. $1.4M+ at 2+ yrs if desired
