Summary:

Skagit Regional Health, located north of Seattle in Mount Vernon, Washington, is seeking a General Cardiologist to join our established practice built on strong collaboration between providers. Have a full scope practice working in the hospital, clinic, and reading studies. 32 patient contact hours a week with 5 weeks off a year. First year salary of $602,250.

Highlights:

  • Our current team consists of 6 General Cardiologists, 4 Interventional Cardiologists, 2 Electrophysiologists, and 11 APPs.
  • Have 1:1 dedicated MA support for your clinic day, along with additional clinical support.
  • This position will require rotation between the main clinic location in Mount Vernon and a satellite office roughly 30 minutes away in Anacortes, WA or Arlington, WA.
  • Roughly, 1:7 shared weeknight and weekend call rotation among the physicians.
  • Our Cardiology practice has the support of a thriving referral network from our in-house primary care providers, ensuring a substantial patient volume from day one.
  • Teaching opportunities exist with Medical Students from PNWU and Residents from our own SRH Residency Programs.
  • Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available!

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an ACGME accredited Cardiology fellowship program.
  • Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Cardiology.
  • Must have active AHA ACLS certification before starting.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • First year salary guarantee: $602,250
