An expanding hospital-affiliated cardiology team in New York's Capital Region is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to provide inpatient and outpatient care across three facilities in the Albany–Troy area. Choose the schedule that fits you.
Three Schedule Options:
• Weekend rounding only
• Traditional hospital/clinic schedule (includes walk-in clinic 2–3 times per month)
• Hospital-only, shift-based role
Practice Details:
• Clinic days average 20–25 patients per 8 hours
• Rounding team covers 50–60 hospital patients daily
• Call 1:5 weekends (telephone with occasional in-person)
• Epic EMR; collegial, team-oriented group
• Open to 2026 graduating fellows; 1099 considered
Compensation & Benefits:
• Guaranteed base salary of $600,000
• $75,000 starting bonus; $25,000 retention bonus; $25,000 relocation (if relocating)
• Productivity, quality and extra-shift incentives; CME allowance
• Health, dental, vision, life; retirement; PTO; disability; EAP; PSLF eligible

Job Responsibilities
• Round on hospitalized cardiology patients as part of a team
• See clinic patients and staff periodic walk-in clinics (traditional schedule)
• Participate in 1:5 weekend call
• Document in Epic
• Work across multiple facilities in the region
Qualifications
• Cardiology fellowship completed before start
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine; Cardiology board certification within 2 years of hire
• New York license (or willing to obtain)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and DEA
• Clean malpractice history
• Willing to work at multiple locations
• Not open to locums; no visa sponsorship; not considering 2027 fellows yet
