Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist for a full-time, permanent opportunity in north-central Pennsylvania near Montoursville. New graduates are welcome to apply. Join a growing team with four non-invasive cardiologists, four interventional cardiologists, two electrophysiologists, three cardiothoracic surgeons, and three vascular surgeons.
Provide a mix of outpatient and inpatient care, including echocardiography, TEE, nuclear cardiology, and cardiac stress testing. Enjoy a large referral base, modern facilities, a cardiac rehabilitation program, and extensive support from nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
The program offers contemporary cardiovascular services, including TAVR, and teaching opportunities through a Family Medicine residency program. The surrounding region offers outdoor recreation, affordable housing, and a welcoming community for physicians and their families.
The employer lists a $630,000 annual base salary plus productivity incentives, a sign-on bonus, and annual performance incentives. Job Responsibilities
• Perform and interpret echo, TEE, nuclear, and stress testing.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, electrophysiologists, and APPs.
• Participate in teaching opportunities through a residency program.
Qualifications
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease.
• Cardiology fellowship training.
• Ability to provide non-invasive cardiology care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Training or proficiency in echocardiography, TEE, nuclear cardiology, and cardiac stress testing.
• Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and collaborative care skills.
• BE/BC; new graduates welcome.
• No visa sponsorship at this time.
