This role lets you care for the whole patient, managing comprehensive Internal Medicine alongside sophisticated non-invasive cardiology, for a loyal panel that includes patients of more than two decades. Position Highlights:
- Join a mature concierge practice built on decades of trust, accessibility, and genuine patient relationships
- Serve as the primary, longitudinal physician for an established panel, blending comprehensive Internal Medicine with expert non-invasive cardiovascular care
- Work within an intentionally limited panel size supporting same-day access, extended visits, and true continuity of care
- Step into a built-in leadership role, mentoring staff and shaping the culture of a close-knit practice family
- Projected total annual compensation of $750,000+, with significant long-term upside as you grow the program
- Must be dual board-certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease with 7+ years post-training experience
