This opportunity offers unmatched potential for flexibility and career growth, a competitive salary with incentives, and a comprehensive benefits program for full-time colleagues, including:

  • Paid malpractice coverage
  • Medical, behavioral health, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage
  • Wellbeing resources, including free counseling
  • Life insurance
  • 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions
  • Time off, including disability coverage
  • Supplemental health protection plans
  • Flexible spending accounts
  • Financial wellbeing resources
  • Family-focused and voluntary benefits
  • CME time and dues allowance, plus license reimbursement

St. Petersburg is a growing city on Florida's Gulf Coast, known as the "Sunshine City" for its pleasant year-round weather, and popular for golfing, boating, fishing, and beach-going. The area also boasts a vibrant arts and culture scene, home to the Dali Museum, the Museum of Fine Arts, and the Mahaffey Theater, home of the Florida Orchestra — offering an exceptional quality of life alongside a strong clinical practice opportunity.
