A well-established hospital-based cardiology practice in Ohio is seeking a Board-Certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist for a locum-to-permanent opportunity. This position offers a desirable blend of outpatient clinic responsibilities, inpatient consultations, and cardiac diagnostic testing interpretation, with minimal call burden.
Position Highlights

- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic and Hospital-Based Practice
- Reason for Opening: Physician Resignation
- Patient Population: Adults (18+)
- EMR: Epic
Clinical Responsibilities
- Outpatient cardiology clinic
- Inpatient cardiology consultations
- Interpretation of:
- Echocardiograms
- Nuclear stress tests
- EKGs
- Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs)
- Loop recorders
- Event monitors
- Tilt table studies
- Management and follow-up of:
- ICDs
- Pacemakers
Call Coverage
- Call Required
- Phone/Beeper Call Only
- Approximately 10 days per month
- Office and ER call
- No routine call-backs or in-person call requirements
