Job description

Job description

Most cardiology roles promise balance and support—few are actually built to deliver it.

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Noninvasive Cardiologist to join a physician-led cardiology group in New York known for clinical excellence, collaboration, and a sustainable approach to practice. This opportunity is designed specifically around how noninvasive cardiology is practiced today: thoughtful patient care, efficient workflows, and respect for physician time.

Why Noninvasive Cardiologists Choose This Practice

Outpatient-Focused with Scheduling Flexibility:

The practice is centered on noninvasive cardiology with the flexibility to tailor your clinic schedule to your preferences. Procedural involvement is available but optional, with no mandatory inpatient responsibilities.

Clinical Autonomy in a Collegial Environment:

Work alongside experienced cardiologists and advanced practice providers in a collaborative setting that values independent clinical judgment, open communication, and shared decision-making.

Predictable, Sustainable Work–Life Balance:

Enjoy a thoughtfully designed schedule with minimal call that supports personal time, professional longevity, and consistent patient care.

Efficient, Physician-Centered Infrastructure:

A 1:1 physician-to-medical assistant ratio, integrated EMR, and AI-assisted documentation significantly reduce administrative burden, allowing you to focus on clinical care rather than charting.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with productivity-based incentives

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Malpractice insurance, including tail coverage where applicable

  • Generous PTO, CME allowance, and paid holidays

  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution

  • Relocation assistance available

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school

  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited cardiology fellowship

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Cardiology

  • Eligible for or holding an active New York Medical License

  • Strong commitment to patient-centered cardiovascular care
