Job description

Job description

Not every cardiology role reflects how noninvasive cardiology is meant to be practiced. This opportunity was built intentionally—for efficiency, autonomy, and long-term sustainability.

A physician-led cardiology group in New Jersey is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Noninvasive Cardiologist to join a collaborative team focused on high-quality, outpatient cardiovascular care.

Why This Opportunity Is Different

Designed for Noninvasive Cardiology

This is a primarily outpatient role focused on noninvasive cardiology. Physicians have flexibility in shaping clinic schedules, with optional procedural involvement—without required inpatient responsibilities or excessive call.

Clinical Autonomy, Team-Based Care

You’ll work alongside experienced cardiologists and APPs in a collegial environment that values independent clinical judgment while fostering collaboration and shared expertise.

Sustainable Workload

Predictable scheduling, streamlined workflows, and minimal unnecessary call support a balanced professional and personal life—without sacrificing patient access or care quality.

Efficient, Modern Infrastructure

The practice is built for efficiency, featuring a 1:1 physician-to-medical assistant model, integrated EMR, and AI-assisted documentation, allowing physicians to spend more time with patients and less time charting.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with productivity incentives

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Malpractice insurance, including tail (if applicable)

  • Generous PTO, paid holidays, and CME allowance

  • 401(k) with employer contribution

  • Relocation assistance available

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution

  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Cardiology fellowship

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Cardiology

  • Eligible for or holding an active New Jersey medical license

  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care
