Practice Opportunities

One of our biggest differentiators is the variety of practice models available, allowing Non-Invasives to choose a schedule that fits their professional and personal goals:

• Traditional full-time inpatient/outpatient practice (2 clinic location, 2 hospital locations- all within 20-25 mins driving distance)
• Weekend Track positions inpatient cardiology (Fri, Sat, Sun- 12 hour shifts)
• Outpatient-only opportunities with no hospital rounding
• Team of 25 cardiologists and 30 advanced practice providers.
• Practice within a high-volume, respected cardiovascular program and a dedicated Heart Institute.

Compensation & Incentives

• $600,000 guaranteed base salary for Years 1 and 2. (we flex the base for experienced NI Cardiologists- we don’t exceed 650k)
• Transition to a pool-based compensation model in Year 3, with earning potential in the $700,000-$800,000+ range.
• $100,000 starting bonus for full-time Non-Invasive Cardiologists, paid in the first payroll check
• Starting bonus is prorated for part-time physicians.
• Retention bonus: $25,000 in Year 2 and $25,000 in Year 3.
• Relocation assistance: up to $25,000
• CME allowance: $4,500 annually.

Fellowship Stipend Program

• Fellows who commit to a 3-year employment agreement can receive a monthly stipend during fellowship.
• $8,333 per month paid throughout fellowship training!!
• For physicians who sign during year 1 fellowship, the signing and retention bonuses are adjusted are reduced in half.
