We are seeking a dynamic, board certified or truly board eligible Cardiologist to join a growing Bronx-based team within a large multispecialty group. This is a highly compensated outpatient opportunity with structured incentives for individuals who bring specialized skills and leadership experience in modern cardiovascular care.

Position Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients through comprehensive histories, interviews, and examinations

  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including ECG, echocardiography, and stress testing

  • Analyze laboratory and imaging results

  • Develop and implement individualized cardiovascular treatment plans

  • Prescribe and manage medications

  • Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

  • Document clinical encounters and treatment plans in the electronic health record

  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, prevention, and long-term cardiovascular health

Qualifications

  • Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease required

  • MD or DO

  • Completion of an accredited Cardiology training program

  • Active New York State medical license (or ability to obtain)

  • Current DEA registration

  • Experience with ECG, Echo, and Stress Testing

  • Nuclear, Cardiac CT, RPVI (vascular), procedural, or research experience highly valued

  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
