Non-Invasive Cardiology opportunity in Brockton, MA, just 25 miles south of Boston! Earn a competitive guaranteed base for two years before transitioning to RVU-based compensation, plus a $100K $150K+ sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Enjoy a 4-day clinical week, 1:6 call with APP support, five weeks of PTO, CME, and a modern, well-supported practice with advanced heart failure services all close to Boston, Providence, and Cape Cod.
Sign-On Bonus: $100K for new graduates ($50K at start and $50K at first anniversary); experienced physicians eligible for $150K+.. Compensation: Competitive guaranteed base salary for the first two years, transitioning to an RVU-based production model.. Relocation Assistance: Available when applicable.. Schedule: Full-time position with 4 clinical days and 1 dedicated administrative day per week.. Call: Light 1:6 hospital service rotation, supported by two inpatient APPs.. PTO: 5 weeks of paid time off annually, plus holidays.. CME: Annual CME allowance plus 1 week of dedicated CME time. Retirement: 403(b) retirement plan and 457(b) deferred compensation plan. Malpractice: Occurrence-based malpractice coverage provided. Join an established Cardiology department with 5 Non-Invasive Cardiologists, 2 Interventional Cardiologists, 2 inpatient APPs, and 1 outpatient APP. Additional specialty support from 2 visiting Electrophysiologists and 1 Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist through an affiliated academic medical center. Established Advanced Heart Failure Program with a dedicated post-discharge clinic and Anticoagulation Management Service. Comprehensive cardiac services including an on-site Cath Lab with primary and elective PCI, TTE/TEE, Nuclear Cardiology, and Cardiac CT Angiography. Modern medical facilities in Brockton and East Bridgewater, established referral base, integrated care coordination, dedicated support staff, and comprehensive marketing assistance to help grow your practice. Qualifications: Accredited Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship; BC/BE in Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology, and Echocardiography; unrestricted Massachusetts medical license.
