Clinical Role:

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible non-invasive cardiologist

• Permanent job opening

• Provide both inpatient and outpatient cardiology services

• Duties include:

  • Inpatient cardiology consultations

  • Critical care services

  • ECG analysis

  • Interpretation of transthoracic echocardiograms

  • Performing and interpreting transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)

  • Cardiac nuclear studies

• Weekly rotation of responsibilities among cardiologists in the group

• Academic appointment available

• Opportunity to teach, if desired

• Weekend call rotation of 1:4

• Work alongside:

  • 4 cardiologists (currently 2 interventional and 2 non-invasive)

  • 5 physician assistants

• New graduates welcome to apply

About the Opportunity:

• Client is seeking a full-time general non-invasive cardiologist to join its expanding program in 2026 or 2027

• Clinical academic appointment available

• Provide services at two nearby locations

• Shared inpatient and outpatient responsibilities with the cardiology team

• Collaborative and supportive clinical environment

About the Practice:

• Currently comprised of:

  • 4 full-time cardiologists (2 interventionalists and 2 non-invasive cardiologists)

  • Growing to 6 cardiologists total

  • 10 APPs supporting the practice

• Additional specialists providing services include:

  • 4 electrophysiologists (including pacemaker clinic)

  • 1 heart failure specialist

  • 3 vascular surgeons

  • 1 thoracic surgeon

  • 1 cardiothoracic surgeon

• Outpatient office located inside the hospital in New Castle

• Full range of diagnostic services available on site

• Facility includes two cardiac catheterization labs
