Job description
We are seeking a Cardiology physician for a general/non-invasive cardiology locum tenens position in Potsdam, NY. This opportunity provides outpatient clinic management, stress test supervision, and inpatient hospital consultation coverage across two affiliated community hospital facilities. Please see below for more information.
Trauma Level 3-4
EMR: EPIC
Job Responsibilities
Supervise stress tests approximately 1 day per week
Interpret nuclear cardiac stress tests
Provide on-call hospital consultation coverage for inpatient cardiology emergencies and consultations
Deliver comprehensive cardiovascular assessment and management
Qualifications
New York State License (required, must be in hand)
EPIC experience
AHA or RQI Certification
Working Hours
On-call: 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM as needed
Schedule: 3 weeks per month (single consistent provider preferred)
