We are seeking a General (non-interventional) Cardiology physician for a locum tenens position in Bellingham, WA. This is a hospital-based inpatient and outpatient coverage opportunity with associated call. Please see below for more information.
Beds: 247
EMR: Epic
Job Responsibilities
Provide both inpatient and outpatient cardiology coverage in the hospital setting
Perform cardioversions and TEEs (approximately 2–4 TEEs per shift)
Provide rounding and admissions
Provide approximately 2 weeknight calls during the one-week coverage stretch
Provide 24-hour weekend call coverage as needed
Care for adult patient population
Qualifications
Active Washington state license
DEA
BLS
ACLS
Epic experience required
Working Hours
Approximately 2 weeknight calls per coverage week
Potential 24-hour weekend call as needed
Start Date: 6/22/2026 (ASAP)
Contract Length: 39 weeks
Employment Type: Locum Tenens – 1099
