We are seeking a General Cardiology physician for a locum tenens position in Gettysburg, PA. This is a combined inpatient call and outpatient clinic coverage opportunity at an acute care hospital and affiliated clinic. Please see below for more information.
- Beds: 74
- EMR: Epic
Job Responsibilities
See approximately 20 patients per day in the hospital and 18 patients per day in the clinic
Perform TEEs, echocardiograms, and nuclear testing
Provide outpatient clinic coverage during clinic weeks
Work alongside medical assistants in the office
Care for patients across hospital and clinic/private practice settings
Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania state license (or IMLC LOQ in hand)
DEA
Working Hours
One week of call (Monday 7:00a – Monday 7:00a)
One week of clinic (Monday–Friday, 8:00a–5:00p)
Coverage commitment: 2 weeks of call plus 2 weeks of clinic per month
Start Date: 8/3/2026
Contract Length: Ongoing
Employment Type: Locum Tenens – 1099
