South Central Alabama: Opening for an Invasive, Non-Invasive, or Interventional cardiologist to join a group that’s been around for a quarter of a century. The practice is expanding. Currently the call is 1:5. There is an extremely generous, flexible salary + production bonus, as well as a partnership track with negotiable duration, and no buy-in! The practice performs approximately 1,600 caths/ year, and 900 interventions. The anticipated volume for the new physician would be right around 450 caths, and 300 interventions. In the immediate vicinity are 3 airports, and a University. In addition, there are three rivers leading into the area, as well as a fairly sizable lake nearby for water sports. To the west is Talladega National Forest with camping facilities, as well as other recreational opportunities. It is less than 3 hours’ drive to Pensacola, FL, and Birmingham is under 2 hours away. The area has a good school system, both public and private.
