Seeking a Board-Certified Invasive Cardiologist for a high-quality hospital-based practice in Oregon. This is an ongoing locum tenens opportunity offering a mix of inpatient, outpatient, and call coverage with a supportive team and Epic EMR.
Position Details
- Specialty: Invasive Cardiology

- Ongoing coverage need
- Inpatient and outpatient practice
- Epic EMR
- Average patient volume: 7-9 patients per day
- Two providers needed
Schedule
- Clinic and hospital coverage
- Monday-Friday onsite schedule
- Weeknight beeper call
- 24-hour weekend beeper call
- Flexible coverage blocks of 1-2 weeks
- 7-14 shifts per month preferred
- Guaranteed 8 hours per day
Requirements
- Board Certified in Cardiology
- Active Oregon medical license
- DEA required
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Experience with:
- Cardioversion
- TEE procedures
- Stress echocardiography
- Reading echocardiograms
- EKG interpretation
- Nuclear imaging reads preferred but not required
Practice Environment
- Dedicated RN, MA, and office support staff
- No APP supervision required
- No teaching responsibilities
- Hospital privileges required
- Stroke-certified hospital
