Specialty:
- General/Invasive Cardiologist
o Clinic, Call, or Both:
- Both
- 1:3 call expectation (10 days of call per month)
- New and established patient visits
o Schedule:
- 8 Hour Monday -Friday, with Call requirements
- 2 Weeks per month ongoing
Rate:
- Orientation rate: flat rate of $500.00 for 4 hours or less of orientation. For orientations that go longer than 4 hours, the flat rate will be $1,000.
- $4000/day including up to 8 hours. $800/night beeper. $3000/24 hr weekend call Friday at 7pm - Monday at 7am. $500/hour call back
o Cases/Procedures:
- Outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, imaging/testing reading, procedures based on type of physician found and experience (i.e. Diagnostic caths, TEE, Cardioversion etc…)
- Diagnostic cath, TEE, Cardioversions Loop implant/explant
- Can do diagnostic catheter work if preferred but not required
- 1 APP
- Will not be supervising
o EMR and Dictation Tools:
- EPIC/Dragon
o Required experience, training, and certifications:
- ACLS,BLS
- BC/BE
- Proctoring may be required depending on what type of procedures and reads they would be performing
o Case Logs:
- 50 Cases within the last 12 months
- 25 TEEs within the last 12 months
o Consider IMLC or waiting for a license:
- Will consider IMLC
