Locum to Perm - Non-Invasive Cardiologist in Richmond, VA | Immediate Start

- Duration: ASAP until permanent candidate is onboarded
- Shift: Mon-Fri + call (1:6 ratio)
- Hours/week: Full-time

- License/Certifications: Board-Certified in Cardiology (Non-Invasive)
- Experience Needed: Strong clinical background in adult/geriatric patient care

- Hourly Rate: $19.50

What You’ll Do:
- Provide inpatient, outpatient, and call coverage for adult/geriatric patients
- Perform and interpret Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers, supervising 4 APCs when applicable
- Manage an average of 10 clinic patients daily and 12-15 inpatient admissions
- Document patient care using EPIC EMR system
- Support recruitment efforts and provide quality care during transition
What You Need:
- Virginia medical license or ability to obtain one
- Board certification in Cardiology (Non-Invasive)
- Minimum 2+ years of cardiology experience preferred
- Skilled in EKG interpretation and adult patient management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
