- Start Date: Ongoing need with urgent coverage requested
- Coverage Need: Approximately 2 weekends per month
- Estimated Shifts: 6 shifts/month
- Call Coverage: Weekend call coverage
- Urgent Coverage Dates
- Nov 26: Night Call (5:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Nov 27: 24-Hour Call (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
- Nov 28: 24-Hour Call (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
- Nov 29: 24-Hour Call (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
- Friday 5:00 PM through Monday 8:00 AM
- Two weekends per month
- 80-bed hospital
- EMR: Cerner
- 30-minute response time
- Requirements: Board Certified Interventional Cardiology, Active Illinois License, DEA, Illinois CSR, ACLS, Minimum 1 year experience
- Credentialing timeframe: approximately 60 days
