Locum Tenens, Tampa, Florida, Interventional Cardiologist ~ Inpatient Only
A cardiovascular group in the Tampa, Florida area is looking for an Interventional Cardiologist for a locum or locum-to-permanent role on a 7-on/7-off schedule. The provider will cover three hospitals in the area.
Coverage Needs
Start: Upon receiving hospital privileges
Assignment Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 7on/7off
Hours: 9am-5pm (Flexible Must See All Patients)
No Call
About the Opportunity
Work Setting: 100% Inpatient
Cover 3 Area Hospitals
Round, ECHOs, Perform Interventions As Needed
Patient Census: 40 Patients Per Day
Work with Nurse Practitioners - They Take Notes
EMR: EPIC & Meditech
No TAVRs
Locum to Permanent if Desired
Group Size:
7 Interventional Cardiologists
2 Non-Invasive Cardiologists
Qualifications
Board Certified - Interventional Cardiology
Active Florida License
Local to the Tampa or Surrounding Area
Active DEA
Ability to turn around hospital credentialing paperwork quickly
